I live in an apartment and wanted a small, manual , which folds for easy storage and hopefully not too high. This fits the bill. It only takes a few seconds to bend upward or downward. I was able to assemble by me, and all the necessary tools were provided. Directions were quite simple and easy to follow. The belt moves in a relatively simple, but silicone spray allows you to run more smoothly. Maybe it's a little 'noise than I expected, but I can still hear the music or the television off if I turn the sound a bit'. Is not so easy to navigate, but because it is heavy, and the wheels are small. Furthermore, lÄsestiftens that goes in the box when it is folded into the base, entirely satisfactory, and tend to let go of the base when you try to move too far. All in all, I like this and think it was a great buy.

We received this about a month ago and have used it almost every day since then too easy jog (6-7 km / h).
It came in good time, and set-up was very simple. Balancing the belt got a while 'development, but it was not a problem. My wife and I are very happy with the price we paid for this machine. It 'a steal for the price we paid ($ 399), and we recommend it!
