I totally agree with the other guests on this product. I bought her for Christmas and absoultely love it. E 'compact and robust. I was walking and jogging, as well as hand and the weight loss program. I'm not sure if you can run hard. It 'very suitable for women, if they need homework. For men are not sure if they can be on it. Its been a month and I still love you. As for the disadvantages I do not like, such as speakers the sound is not good. But I do not use anyway, as I always did on TV in the living room while I exercise. Another thing is that I miss, has no water bottle holder.
