This is a great product and that certainly is not completely assembled. The product arrived very quickly and I was up and running within one hour after birth. However, there are some points that prevented me from giving this a rating of 5 stars. First, the heart rate monitor is not working and I'm still working with Horizon on the topic. Once this is resolved I would re-evaluate the product. Second, the assembly was not in line when the unit has arrived and it was not easy for me the case on track to get good.
